It is a monovarietal of the Monastrell variety originating exclusively from vineyards of ecological cultivation, planted on poor limestone soils of low yield.
Very poor yields of the vines, but they give some grapes of a great quality.
Honoro Vera Organic 2020 presents a beautiful cherry red color.
On the nose are floral aromas with ripe fruit and cocoa.
