La Poda Albariño 2025 is a white wine from the Rías Baíxas Denomination of Origin, made by the renowned winery Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos. Focusing on the most authentic and Atlantic expression of the Albariño variety, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The vineyards located in the Salnés subzone, beside the Ría de Arosa and near the Atlantic Ocean, provide grapes characterized by this maritime influence. This wine presents a lemon-yellow color with greenish reflections, offering citrus aromas and hints of stone fruit on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy, fluid, and salty, characteristics that make it distinctive to the region. The absence of aging allows the flavors of the variety to be appreciated in their purest and most vibrant form.
