El Pícaro is a young author wine that emerges with a total commitment to nature, offering a unique blend of power and smoothness. This wine, part of the Matsu collection, pays tribute to the winemakers who have dedicated their lives to the land. Fermentation takes place in 15,000 kg concrete tanks under temperature control, preserving the freshness and fruity character that distinguishes it. Malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, and the wine has not been filtered or clarified using aggressive methods, thus preserving its natural characteristics. Its purplish color and great structure denote its youth, and on the nose, it features an intense aroma of black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries, complemented by mineral notes. On the palate, it delivers an explosion of fruity flavors and a pleasant sweet sensation thanks to the ripeness of the grapes.
