Minami is a red wine made exclusively from Syrah grapes grown in the Minami plot, located southwest of the winery, in the privileged natural surroundings of the Valle de La Raja.
This site stands out for its Mediterranean landscape and soils that promote optimal grape ripening. Fermentation takes place in a French oak foudre from the Saury cooperage, followed by malolactic fermentation and oxidative aging for 18 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels. This meticulous winemaking process gives the wine a unique personality and an authentic expression of its terroir.
Minami displays a deep purple color with a high robe, a sign of its concentration and character. On the nose, it offers remarkable aromatic intensity, dominated by ripe and stewed black fruits, along with elegant balsamic and spicy notes.
