O Gran Mein Blanco is a soft wine from the D.O. Ribeiro made with a mosaic of different local grape varieties, including treixadura, torrontés, albariño, godello, loureira, caíño blanco, and lado, among others. This new great white from Ribeiro by Viña Mein excels in capturing the essence of the minifundist character of the region, especially of the Avia valley. Each variety and plot was vinified separately, using stainless steel, concrete, or oak tanks, highlighting the particularities of each grape. The wine was aged on its lees for a year before being bottled in the autumn of 2020. The patience in its making translates into a precise wine that promises great pleasure starting from the second year in the bottle. Undoubtedly, an exceptional choice for white wine lovers.
