Bardos Reserva is a signature wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero produced by the Bodega De Bardos, part of the Vintae Group. It is made with grapes from old vineyards of low production, selected from the best areas of Ribera del Duero. Among them, in Mítica Reserva, there is an old vineyard of low production of about 60 years of Tinta del País, selected in the central part of the appellation in the area of Fuentemolinos, settled on a steep slope and clay-limestone soil, and another adjoining vineyard, younger, about 20 years of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Fermentation and maceration in 15,000 kg vats at a temperature of 28 degrees for 3 or 4 weeks. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, with a weekly batonage, checking the barrels one by one. Ageing for 14 months in one and two year old French oak barrels in underground cellars at a constant temperature throughout the year of around 14 degrees.
