Parajes de Callejo is an exceptional red wine from Bodegas Felix Callejo, made with Tinta Fina and Albillo Mayor in the renowned D.O. Ribera del Duero. This wine reflects the quality of the 2022 harvest, characterized by favorable climatic conditions: well-distributed rainfall during the winter and spring, and mild winter temperatures that led to early budding. The harvest began in late September and continued into October, ensuring that the grapes reached an excellent condition, with small bunches and a balanced sugar and acidity content. On tasting, Parajes de Callejo stands out for its attractive cherry color with a violet rim. On the nose, it is very aromatic, with emphasized notes of berries and hints of confectionery and balsamic.
