Punta Este is a toasted beer MADE by Estrella Levante. It is made with barley that is chosen in the crop itself and roasted in the Maltería own Estrella Levante. The maltsters care to the smallest detail the degree of roasted barley, being able to achieve the desired color and aroma. It also contains rice, which softens its flavor resulting more refreshing, and hops provides a perfect balance to Punta Este, as it counteracts the sweetness of the malt.
The final touch is provided by a leisurely maturation, with a minimum of two weeks of storage, allowing you to enjoy all the flavor and aroma of this high quality toasted beer.
Punta Este presents a darker and more intense color than traditional lager.
On the nose, the aroma of hops and toasted cereal gives it a great aromatic intensity.
