Quinta da Muradella Alanda is a carefully crafted white wine from the Quinta da Muradella winery, located in the Galicia region under the Denomination of Origin Monterrei. The grapes used for this white wine come from organically farmed vineyards planted on slate soils with clayey subsoil, as well as granitic gravels and decomposed sands. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using native yeasts, where the treixadura grape ferments with the skins. The tasting note describes the wine with steely reflections of straw yellow color, accompanied by a medium aroma reminiscent of stone fruit like nectarine and citrus, in addition to herbal notes like the rockroses with a very mineral background. On the palate, it offers an intense balsamic attack, ending with a dry and bitter finish.
