This wine is made using a careful carbonic maceration technique. Upon reaching 2% alcohol, it is pressed and the fermentation continues in oak barrels, giving it special complexity. For two months, weekly batonnage is performed, allowing for aging on lees that enriches its texture and flavor. Visually, Sericis Cepas Viejas Merseguera presents an attractive yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it displays medium intensity, highlighting notes of ripe stone fruit, accompanied by floral aromas and hints of balsamic fennel.
