The Siah 2021 wine is an exceptional white that comes from the prestigious designation of origin Ribeiro, in Galicia. This wine has been crafted by the renowned winemaker Isabel Salgado, who has a long history in wine-making at Bodegas Fillaboa. The grapes used for its production include Treixadura, Godello, and Albariño, native varieties that reflect the richness of the region. The alcoholic fermentation of Siah takes place in a French Foudre, where a careful temperature is maintained between 14º and 16ºC. This process, coupled with a 9-month aging on the lees, allows the wine to develop a complexity of aromas and flavors that unfold during tasting.
