Soplo Tinto is a wine that stands out for its atypical Garnacha base from Fontanars dels Alforins in the Valencia province. This wine is characterized by being fresh, light, and enjoyable, perfect for pairing with various meals. It presents an attractive bright cherry color at a medium level. Its nose reveals an elegant aromatic profile, with pronounced notes of red fruits, spices, and delicate anise touches. On the palate, it shows a remarkable balance, refreshing freshness, and very good acidity, making it pleasant and easy to drink. It is recommended to serve between 12 and 14 ºC to fully enjoy its characteristics. This wine is optimal for consumption until around 2021, as long as it is stored under optimal conditions.
