Tequila Sauza Tres Generaciones Blanco is one of the jewels of Casa Sauza, founded in 1873 in Tequila, Jalisco. This spirit pays tribute to the generations of pioneers who defined the identity of modern tequila, using exclusively 100% organically grown Weber blue agave. Its production process includes manual harvesting of the hearts of agave, a gentle cooking, a slow fermentation with organic yeasts, and a triple distillation in copper pot stills, eliminating impurities and ensuring exceptional smoothness and crystal clarity. In tasting, it features a brilliant, clear appearance; fresh agave aromas, citrus notes of lime and grapefruit, and a hint of white pepper on the nose; a smooth, silky entry on the palate with a clean, lingering finish. This tequila is perfect for enjoying neat or in high-level cocktails, ideally served between 14°C and 16°C.
