Volcán Añejo Cristalino is a blend of aged and extra aged tequila with maturation in American oak barrels (Añejo: 1 year in barrel / Extra añejo: 3 years in barrel). Both liquids go through a clarification process with activated charcoal, which removes the color from aging, leaving a slight straw tone. Made with 100% Blue Weber Agave, Volcán de mi Tierra selects the best agave from the two most important regions of Jalisco (Valles and Altos). These agaves are processed separately to maximize their qualities, combining them at the end to achieve a complex and elegant liquid.
