Its composition includes 75% Albillo Mayor and 25% of other varieties such as Pirulés, Viura, and Malvasía, sourced from old vineyards with low yields on sandy-loam soils in Zazuar, Burgos, cultivated with sustainable agricultural practices. This wine is characterized by a meticulous production process that includes direct pressing and fermentation in concrete tanks with native yeasts. Subsequently, it undergoes malolactic fermentation in Spanish oak barrels (Quercus Pyrenaica), where it ages for 16 months, granting it unique complexity and character. Tasting notes highlight a golden yellow color, aromas of white fruits with citrus nuances, subtle honey notes, and complex spices, as well as a silky mouthfeel with a long, velvety finish that emphasizes its freshness and balance.
