Triga Blanco is an exquisite white wine from the D.O. Alicante, made by Bodegas Volver from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are cultivated inland in Alicante, particularly in the Medio Vinalopó region, known for its specific microclimate. Manual harvesting is done to avoid premature fermentation, and the grapes undergo rigorous manual selection, destemming, and pressing before being placed in new French oak barrels. Fermentation occurs at 12°C with aging on lees. In tasting, it shows an intense yellow color with oak aromas, floral notes, and hints of butter.
