Viña Sol is a white wine made with Parellada and white Grenache.
In 1962 he had just finished his studies in France Don Miguel A. Torres.
Viña Sol is a white wine made with Parellada and white Grenache.
In 1962 he had just finished his studies in France Don Miguel A. Torres. With all that energy given by the newly acquired knowledge, in a small pontoons winery, the result of fermenting the grapes in the coldest area of the Penedès was observed. Thus was born Viña Sol, the white wine that continues with that young and fresh spirit bringing the Mediterranean sun to the whole world.
Viña Sol has fruity notes, exalted by fine nuances of spices. Soft palate, with fine acid structure, bombastic and balanced. Highlights are the notes fruity (green apple and ripe pineapple) that are prolonged in a background of spices (fennel) very nice.
