Viña Sol is a white wine made from Parellada and Garnacha Blanca grape varieties, characteristic of the Penedès region, where Don Miguel A. Torres began his winemaking journey in 1962 after finishing his studies in France. The fermentation of these grapes took place in the coldest area of this region, contributing to the freshness and youth that characterize this wine. Viña Sol stands out for its fruity notes, including hints of green apple and ripe pineapple, along with a spiced background of fennel. On the palate, it has a smooth texture, a fine acidic structure, and remarkable balance, making it a perfect choice to pair with a variety of dishes or enjoy on its own.
