The raw material is a sherry wine of the odorous type submitted to triple Destilaciíon at 74 º in order to achieve the highest possible purity. The stills used are the same that are used for the elaboration of the famous and internationally awarded Brandy Solera Gran Reserva "Grand Duke of Alba"
Abyssal Vodka is crystalline, clean, soft and very elegant in the nose, with the fair and balanced complexity to have the slight memory of the raw material, a sherry wine of the odorous type, and with the alcohol very integrated.
On the palate it is soft, with a body and very balanced and with certain peppery notes and with a persistence and finesse reminiscent of limestone and minerality.
