We select only the females (sows) much more tasty and fine without strange odors (males). In addition, the Duroc breed provides us with a filtration of intramuscular fat that makes this a product highly demanded by our consumers. We present it vacuum packed in trays of 0.5kg. or 1 kg. Choose the format: 0.5kg (15 und thin cut / 10 und medium cut) or 1kg (30 und thin cut / 20 und medium cut). It's that easy.
