Vintage Beer: Beer from the Ribera del Duero region, made with tempranillo grapes from the Moradillo area and barley from the Fuentenebro area, neighboring towns of Burgos. Very fresh and refreshing beer. A beer with Ribereña personality, it is a completely different beer with the acidity of the tempranillo grape.
Color: Golden with pink highlights.
Scent: Very fresh, with a mix of the sweetness of fresh grain and the freshness of freshly harvested grapes.
Taste: Brutal experience on the palate of balance between the acidity of the grape, the sweetness of barley grains and the bitterness of specially chosen hops. Quickly we get hints of lollipop and the sensation of the memory of a claret making perfect pairings with beer, perfectly combining two worlds, giving an experiential sensation of unique freshness from our land.
Pairing: Ideal to enjoy during a meal accompanying grilled lamb chops.
