Llàgrimes del Canigó produces aromatic oils of different varieties in Alt Empordà, with the breeze of the Mediterranean and the water from the Pyrenees.
The process, completely artisanal, goes from the tree to the plate with delicacy to preserve its aromas and properties.

The first oil of the year, freshly milled, unfiltered and with all the intensity of the Picual variety. Very limited production. Gift box included with all bottles.
Oli del Raig is our most awaited olive oil of the year: the first extra virgin that comes after the harvest. It is made exclusively from the Picual variety, obtained from freshly picked green olives at the optimal ripening moment.
It is pressed on the same day as the harvest, cold and unfiltered, which allows it to retain all the intensity, freshness and authenticity of the olive.
Color: intense green with a slightly cloudy appearance.
Aroma: olive leaf, tomato, fig and fresh grass, with a very marked vegetal background.
Palate: structured entry, with a clear bitterness and a progressive and persistent spiciness, characteristic of the Picual.

What variety of olive is used?
Exclusively Picual, selected from our estates and harvested early to preserve its maximum intensity.
Is the oil filtered?
No. It is an unfiltered oil, cloudy and with natural particles. This makes it unique and very expressive, but also intended to be consumed in the first months.
How long can I keep it?
The ideal is to enjoy it for 1 year from production, but during the first 4 months it maintains all its freshness and strength at 100%.
