Ingredients
Soft wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh buffalo butter (6.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (12.60%), sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey , sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla from the Bourbon and Tahitian islands.
Filling
Dried white figs infused with orange syrup (17.60%) (white figs, water, sugar, glucose syrup, orange cubes), walnuts (3.50%), candied orange cubes (3.50% ) (orange, white sugar, glucose syrup, water), wild fennel (0.12%).
Frosted: sugar, Italian almonds, egg white, toasted hazelnuts, sponge cake powder (soft wheat flour type 00, egg yolks, potato starch, sugar, baking powder: sodium diphosphate E450i, sodium hydrogencarbonate E500ii, corn starch), sunflower oil, bitter almonds, corn flour, potato starch, corn starch.
