From the Blue Chimay of 9% alcohol, it has been aged for 6 months in barrels before bottling, its third fermentation (tank, barrel and bottle) make it reach 10.5% alcohol General notes of vanilla and, the wood and liquor, the barrel used combined with the nuances that gives the time of maturation in each of them To enjoy between 6 months and 1 year after bottling
