Special Belgian beer, 10.5% alcohol, top-fermented with secondary fermentation in the bottle.

With a dark and creamy foam, it presents a range of wild aromas dominated by roasted malt.
A balanced, deep, and wide flavor, where the remaining sweetness of the must necessary to obtain the alcohol content mixes with the bitterness of the hops used. Its high alcohol content and white bottle ensure aging in the cellar for many years.
It is a beer for tasting that pairs very well with roasted meats, stews, game meats, braised lamb, and aged, strong, and blue cheeses.
