Austrian special beer, 14% alcohol, low fermentation. Dark amber color with very little presence of foam, practically nonexistent. Clear alcohol presence in the aroma with sweet notes of dark fruit and wood. Complex, alcoholic, intense and powerful flavor with a sweet sensation of caramel, raisins, plums and subtle presence of wood, with nuances that are expanding as the temperature rises. Since it is marketed at Christmas time, it can be consumed as an after-dinner liqueur accompanied, of course, with nougat, polvorones or chocolate desserts
