We present a batch of organic products from the garden of Colmenar de Oreja. Our organic lentil stands out for its softness and texture, ideal for soups and stews. The Pedrosillano chickpea, known as the smallest variety cultivated in Spain, is perfect for traditional dishes. We also include organic purple garlic, grown in dry fields, which adds a distinctive flavor to your recipes, and bio black garlic, made from a natural fermentation of fresh organic garlic. Each batch contains 6 units, which include boxes of Castilian lentils, Pedrosillano chickpeas, a 250g net of garlic, and a bag of 3 heads of black garlic.
