Amix™ Micellar Casein is a flavored blend of micellar casein processed through ultrafiltration and a gentle spray drying process. This technology allows for an exceptionally smooth texture and pleasant mouthfeel.
Micellar casein is a type of slow-digesting protein that contains a full spectrum of essential amino acids. It is ideal for consumption during extended periods between meals, for example, at night before sleeping.
Main benefits of Amix Blak Micellar Casein:
- Much slower digestion than standard casein.
- Source of long-lasting amino acids for in between meals and before bedtime.
- Low in fat and very high in protein.
- Excellent source of calcium and phosphorus.
- Contains digestive enzymes for protein absorption.
- Promotes optimal muscle recovery and has a great anti-catabolic effect.
Micellar casein concentrate, cocoa, flavor, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin; stabilizer: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; sweeteners: sucralose and steviol glycosides; patented digestive enzyme DigeZyme® - multi-enzyme complex (amylase, lactase, cellulase, bacterial neutral protease, lipase).
Mix 35 g (1½ scoop) with 300 ml of cold water or skimmed milk. Use an electric or manual blender and shake for 30 seconds. Take 1 to 3 doses per day between meals, according to daily protein needs.
