Ingredients:

D-aspartic acid, N,N-dimethylglycine HCL, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), zinc sulfate monohydrate, calcium D-pantothenate, coating agent (gelatin)

How to use:

Take one dose (4 capsules) daily: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening together with a meal. Cyclic use:

After approximately one month, allow at least 1 month off.
