How to use

Mix one serving (30 g = 4 level scoops) of the product with 200 ml of water in a mixing bottle, then pour the mixture into a microwave-safe cup and heat in the microwave for 60-70 seconds (750 W). stir and it's ready to drink! In the absence of a mixing bottle, mix a portion of the product with 100 ml of hot water in a jug, stir until smooth, then add 100 ml of hot water and mix well
