Directions for Use

Use as part of a technical nutrition protocol by mixing 30g of powder (approximately one scoop) with 400-500 ml of water. It is recommended to consume during training (intra-workout) to maintain amino acid flow or immediately after to accelerate recovery. Due to its rapid absorption, it is also highly effective when consumed between main meals. Shake until fully dissolved. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
