With the character of the free-range chicken, which in Asturias we call pitu caleya, and the delicacy of the authentic Asturian faba bean from the IGP farm, we get an intense yet balanced dish. Heat the can in a bain-marie slightly until it reaches the temperature for ingestion, or at least to pour into another container, avoiding using cutlery to maintain the integrity of the faba bean.
