The oldest known species of cherry originates from the area between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. The history of cherry cultivation is in Asia Minor and it is believed that it may have reached Europe thanks to migratory birds, and that during the Middle Ages, the Greeks and Romans were also responsible for its propagation. For its conservation and consumption throughout the year, it was macerated in liquor, later with the arrival of cocoa to Europe it was mixed with chocolate, obtaining as a result of a long tradition, our cherry liqueur JAYSSO.

*Sulfites (<100 ppm)
