The Jésus de Lyon is undoubtedly one of the flagship products of Lyon charcuterie. Its name comes from the generous shape of this traditional dry sausage, with a wide cut and rustic chopping. This exceptional product is handcrafted from French pork meat and fat, stuffed in a natural casing (pork sac), dusted and slowly aged to reveal all its aromatic complexity.

Coarse chopping (8mm grains), with prominent pepper notes visible in each slice
Long aging: 5 to 7 weeks, for a perfect balance between tenderness and refined taste
Natural casing (pork sac) lightly powdered and netted in cotton, in accordance with Lyon tradition
