Sara manages a family farm in Torres (Jaén), located in Sierra Mágina at an altitude of 1200m. Part of the crop has been organic for more than 10 years and the rest is in the process of conversion. They use traditional and agroecological methods, with techniques that are environmentally friendly. They produce seasonal cherries and other organic fruits and vegetables. They also produce extra virgin olive oil from the picual variety.
