Almazara is a 33 cl Spanish craft beer specifically designed to capture the essence of Jaén. This unfiltered and unpasteurized beer merges the most avant-garde styles with the region's typical product: the olive. The ingredients used include Pilsner, Wheat, and Carahell malts, along with Mosaic and Citra hops, and Ale yeast. Additionally, its unique character is enhanced by the infusion of organic olive leaves.
