TASTING :
Color: Garnet red with purple hints.
Nose: Very subtle at first, needs to open up and express. Aromas
of empireumatics from the start, licorice, chocolate with
mint, quite mentholated, when shaken, floral tones emerge,
at the back, violets. Also something red, ripe strawberries,
tomato plant, perhaps tomato jam. Notes of vermouth and aromatic plants, undergrowth.
Palate: Just right, rounded, integrated tannins, good
structure and acidity. Long and unctuous. Good weight in the mouth.
Very savory and sweet.
