It is an extra virgin olive oil from an early harvest, predominantly of the arbequina variety, which is fruitier, smoother, and sweeter on the palate for children. It also contains a smaller amount of oil from the picual variety, which adds stability due to its high content of polyphenols and a high percentage of oleic acid. The consumption of this AOVE is suitable for all ages.
