A fine and elegant 1855 classified grand cru! Romer du Hayot 2015 presents a precise and complex nose. We find notes of apricots, candied fruits, honey, and acacia flowers. The balance in the mouth is perfect with superb tension and beautiful minerality with a very pure botrytis. The attack is lively and harmonious, and the finish is extremely long and smooth. A delight!
