This Chalonnaise side of the Domaine de l'Évêché is a light and pleasant straight wine. It will please a wide range of people and offers a very friendly quality/price ratio. Simple and effective, it has notes of jammy red fruits on the nose with soft and silky tannins on the palate. A fruit-forward wine to be enjoyed in its youth (4/5 years).
