All roads lead to Vouvray! Domaine Bourillon Dorléans "La coulée d'argent" is a dry white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc, the flagship grape of the Loire Valley. This beautiful cuvée is very well made. The nose is fine and delicate with notes of smoke and white flesh fruits. The palate is greedy, mineral, and tangy. Serve between 10° and 11° with a nice fish (such as a beautiful sole!)
