La Copa Santa is a flagship cuvée of Domaine Clavel, celebrated since 1992 for its consistent quality and unique character. Mainly composed of Syrah, this wine is also enriched with Grenache, coming from the excellent terroirs of Montpeyroux. After aging for one year in large casks, followed by six months in tank and another six months in bottle, it reveals a purple-red hue. The aromas of violet, cherry, currant, and raspberry blend to offer a rich and seductive bouquet. On the palate, this wine reveals power and balance, accompanied by a pleasant spicy finish.
