Natural, artisanal, vegan, extra thin and crispy, without additives or colorants and without palm oil. Non-GMO. We infuse our oil with black truffle. Black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has an intense flavor and exquisite aroma. The harvest takes place in the town of Sarrión (Teruel) where the largest oak plantation in the world is located. Tuber Aestivum or Summer Truffle grows from early summer to autumn. It can be distinguished by its angular wrinkles. Its color is dark brown and the flesh has an intense and characteristic perfume and flavor. The flour is ground in an artisanal way. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious and aromatic than those ground with industrial steel rollers. We let our dough rest for 12 hours and carry out a slow cooking process to maintain nutrients and obtain an extra thin and crispy, yet consistent cracker. So you can enjoy them alone or accompanied.
