We tell you a little about the Valle de la Osa Workshop
Artisan workshop founded in 1940. They make sweets, egg yolks, tea pastries, quince meat, mountain cake and since 2006 they market more than thirty flavors of artisanal jams made with fruit from the region and following a centuries-old family recipe.
With these same jams, with flavors as different as bitter orange, figs, chestnuts, madroños or sangria, they also prepare cakes that they sell in the workshop.
The flavors vary according to the season, each one more delicious and carefully made to contain 30% sugar and a lot of fruit.
