Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an exquisite unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, extremely natural, resulting from the first cold pressing of selected olives at their optimal ripeness. It maintains all its properties intact and is bottled directly from the mill.

It is bottled as it is obtained from the mill, so it is characterized by its opacity (a natural veil) that may produce a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle when decanted, which does not alter the taste or other organoleptic qualities of the product.
