2. MAIN INGREDIENTS Pork ham and salt. ALLERGEN-FREE

3. NUTRITIONAL VALUE The nutritional value per 100g of the product is: ENERGY 240 kcal / 1000 kJ, FAT 16.0g. of which saturated 4.6g, CARBOHYDRATES 0.0g, PROTEIN 24.0g, SALT 8.4g. 4. STORAGE Unpackaged product: Store in a cool (15 - 30 °C), dry, and ventilated place. Packaged product: Store between 0°C and 7°C. Protect in both cases from direct sunlight.

5. PRESENTATION Approximately 300g taco portions, vacuum-packed.

6. PREPARATION Soak the product in abundant water for 24 hours to remove salt before cooking. Then cook to taste.
