Argavieso is one of our wines with more personality and maturity, is a wine with Designation of Origin of Bierzo Mencía variety in its entirety, 100% and obtained from centenary vines grown in glass, which is treated with all the affection they deserve. In the elaboration process, the malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrels and it is then aged for 12 months in 225L French oak barrels. Our production is very limited due to the character of the vineyard being in 2020 of 360 bottles
Argavieso of Los Vinos del Agua is a wine with Designation of Origin of Bierzo. It is a wine with a nose that is intense and complex, where undoubtedly stand out in the foreground varietal memories of ripe fruit and floral, accompanied by elegant balsamic notes, black licorice and spicy notes of pepper and clove. Argavieso de Los Vinos del Agua has an elegant minerality that envelops the wine to subtly show the best expression of the terroir and its personality. It has a good attack on the palate and a round and ripe tannin, the wine is voluminous and velvety without losing the sensation of freshness. The fruit is shown in perfect harmony with the aromas of the barrel and denotes an intense minerality, achieving a deep final sensation.
