It is made naturally and traditionally with extra virgin olive oil from Bajo Aragón, to achieve an exceptional flavor, without preservatives or additives. Its sweet flavor with light hints of balsam are related to umami flavor. Its firm and soft texture makes this product a delicious vegetable pâté. Ingredients: Empeltre olives 75%, Caspe sun-dried tomatoes 24%, extra virgin olive oil, and spices. Once opened, keep refrigerated. It is sold in a 120-gram jar.
