Its sweet flavor with light hints of balsam are related to umami flavor. Its firm and soft texture makes this product a delicious vegetable pâté. Ingredients: Empeltre olives 75%, Caspe sun-dried tomatoes 24%, extra virgin olive oil, and spices. Once opened, keep refrigerated. It is sold in a 120-gram jar.
