Crazy Little Head White Wine Grape: 80% Chardonnay and 20% Gewürztraminer Blend of grapes from the Vega del Río Vero in Barbastro (Huesca), harvested seeking aromatic harmony and preserving freshness. After receiving in the winery, the grapes were destemmed for subsequent pressing. The Gewürztraminer underwent a skin maceration of 6 hours in the press. Controlled cold fermentation with a maximum temperature of 22º C. Aging on lees for 3 months in stainless steel tanks
