70% cocoa dark chocolate with salt. It is not a very common combination but in our bakery we like to do new and different things. The combination with Maldon© salt enhances the flavor and, at the same time, refreshes our mouth.
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, emulsifier: SOY lecithin and Maldon salt (0.4%).
Allergens: SOY. May contain traces of gluten, milk, and nuts.
Net content: 100 gr.
