Honoro Vera is a wine with a ripe cherry color with a garnet edge. On the nose it is intense with a predominance of ripe fruits (raspberry, currant), balsamic sensations and a global background with mineral and spicy aromas. It is floral, very fresh and easy to drink, tasty, which produces the pleasant sensation of tasting a fruit candy in the mouth.
Pairing: ideal to accompany stews and meat stews, various roasts, cheeses with short and medium curing, white and red meats in sauce, grill or griddle.
